Meet Chris

Hi, I’m Chris Lally — a husband, father, local Realtor, and small business owner. My family and I have called Pahrump home for the past six years, and Nevada home for the past ten.

Like many families who chose to live here, my wife Tina and I were drawn to the valley by the open space, strong sense of community, and independent spirit that make Nye County special. Today, we’re raising our family here and are deeply invested in the future of the community we call home.

Over the years, our family has been involved in the community in practical, everyday ways. Tina and I have been part of Trojan Soccer for multiple years as coaches, parents, and fans, supporting our sons and local kids both on and off the field. Our family has also participated in 4H and the many classes, programs, and hands-on learning opportunities it provides for young people in Pahrump.

Professionally, I work in residential real estate, helping families make one of the most important decisions of their lives: where to build their future. Through that work, I help connect new residents not only to homes, but to the larger Pahrump community — its neighborhoods, schools, services, challenges, and opportunities. I also speak with residents every day and hear firsthand what matters most to them: clear communication from local government, responsible growth, and practical improvements that keep pace with our growing community.

I feel local government works best when leaders focus on solutions rather than partisan politics. That’s why I’m running as an Independent / Non-Partisan candidate for Nye County Commissioner, District 5.

My priorities are straightforward:

• Improve communication between residents and leadership.
• Encourage responsible growth that protects the character of our communities.
• Support families, seniors, landowners, and small businesses however they need it, and however I can.
• Make thoughtful decisions that strengthen Nye County for the long term.

I believe county government should do the basics well: listen to residents, manage taxpayer dollars responsibly, and help communities thrive without losing what makes them unique.
